Role description
We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Sr. React.js Engineer based in Nepal with a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading high-impact software projects. This role demands a proven leader who excels in delivering innovative front-end solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of robust React.js applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Oversee code reviews, establish best practices, and foster a culture of technical excellence across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring on-time and high-quality project delivery.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing cutting-edge React.js trends, tools, and frameworks.
- Mentor and guide team members, cultivating their technical growth and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Core Skills & Qualifications:
- Expert-level knowledge of React.js, Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, and front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
- Proven ability to craft intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces using frameworks like Material-UI, Tailwind, or Styled Components.
- Extensive experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
- Exceptional communication skills to lead discussions, resolve conflicts, and align diverse teams toward common goals.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for diagnosing and solving complex technical challenges efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with Agile development practices, CI/CD workflows, and source control systems like Git.
